An opinionated CMS that ships as one binary with SQLite storage, a markdown editor, and an instant-preview dev server. No databases to provision.

The work spanned the full lifecycle — from the initial architecture decisions and prototype through to performance tuning, documentation, and the small DX details that make a tool feel finished. The result is something other engineers reach for without thinking about it, which is the highest compliment a tool can get.
